How does Fractional Sales-Build + Execute work?
Based on the findings from the Phase 1 Sales Audit, I will create the processes and assets to create a scalable and repeatable sales motion. I will continue to close deals and learn and iterate processes based on feedback loops. I maintain no more than 3 agreements at a time.
Service Delivery & Deliverables:
1. I create a sales playbook based on the recommendations from the audit. Deliverables Include: Sales strategy, sales playbook, and sales assets.
2. Website analysis based on recommendations from the audit. Deliverables Include: A report and map of areas that need improvement.
3. Sales asset analysis and repository based on recommendations from the audit. Deliverables Include: Inventory of current sales assets, gap analysis, and development of new sales assets. 4. Sales process development and standardization based on the audit. Deliverables Include: An analysis of the sales process and a report of areas to improve and standardize.
5. Schedule a call to discuss the deliverables and any feedback, questions, or concerns from the founder.

How much does the Fractional Sales-Build + Execute cost?
$5,000 monthly retainer + 15% commission on closed won deals. 3-month commitment. This could be the unlock that changes your business and gets you out of the sales weeds and back to working on your business.
How does Fractional Sales-Scale work?
We built a repeatable sales motion in Build + Execute. We executed a sales strategy to create a repeatable revenue engine. Now we must hire and train new sales reps. Also, we create a continuity plan to iterate and refine the sales process if I exit.
Service Delivery & Deliverables:
1. I develop a go to market strategy based on the deliverables from above.
Deliverables Include: An executable repeatable sales motion plan.
2. I create a list of 5k contacts using Sales Navigator and Seamless.ai Deliverables Include: A detailed report and analysis of target market, ICP, and buyer persona which will be used to create the list of 5k contacts.
3. I execute the sales strategy, email marketing, and social selling. Deliverables Include: Execution of the entire sales strategy based on the repeatable sales motion plan using the targeted list for prospects, emails, and social.
4. Schedule a call to discuss the deliverables and any feedback, questions, or concerns from the founder.
